In this episode, my guest is Mimi (also Michelle Cassaro): the creator of Pulp, Rosa Bonheur and most recently the super Potes âge.es project.

I thank Anna for this introduction but also the word "Plouf" - for which I did not let go and without which Mimi would never have answered me (Mimi explains everything to us, 33rd minute of the episode).

We recorded in a dream location, in his winter house on the beach, in Cardon - with an incredible view. To know all the good swimming spots in this corner of Hérault, it's at the 43rd minute of the episode that you have to go.

Despite a very busy schedule and a life full of excesses, Mimi, driven by chance, rediscovers the sea, swimming, and cold water. Now, she can't do without it, and pushes her limits a little more each time: going to the 300m buoy several times, staying 40 minutes in water at 11 degrees, putting her head in the water, swimming when the sea is raging, in the middle of a storm, and crouching in a river to rediscover these sensations.

This episode takes us to Nevada, to the banks of the Seine, to the calm of the Mediterranean, and to Wim Hof's ice barrels - a pulse-pounding episode.

Thank you Mimi @cassaromichelle @rosa_bonheur_sur_seine_ @rosa_bonheur_buttes
