Delivery and return

What are the delivery options? We offer several delivery options:
-Colissimo at home
-Colissimo pick-up relay
-Mondial Relay

You can also come visit us by appointment and collect your products from L&P: an email to info@layerandplouf.com or a PM on Instragram
Shipping charges Delivery is free from €300 in France.
Shipping costs in mainland France are €10 with Colissimo at home or €9 by Colissimo pick-up and finally €8 with Mondial Relay

For orders delivered outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties may apply. These taxes and customs duties are your responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. Your order total does not include these taxes and customs duties.

Delivery tracking You will be informed when your package has been sent and will be able to track it with a tracking number.
How to exchange or return a product?

Have you changed your mind ?

After receiving your order, you have 15 days to initiate the return procedure. Simply send us an email to info@layerandplouf.com with the order number and the items you wish to return.

All returned products must still have the label with its barcode, and be returned to us in their original packaging. Your refund will be made within 15 days on one condition: the clothes must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, damaged or soiled.

In France: depending on your choice, we will refund you or send you your credit or your exchange as soon as we have received your unworn item with its label.

Initial delivery costs are not refunded, however we will cover the return costs.

Abroad, return costs are your responsibility.

What if I receive a defective item?

Each item is checked by us before being sent to you, according to very strict specifications. If, however, you receive an item that you consider defective (stain, hole, manufacturing defect, etc.), please notify us upon receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: Any defective item not reported upon receipt will not be eligible for a refund.
